The first thing I do is ask questions and listen. It is important for me to learn about your business, the biggest challenges you are faced with and your aspirations. I keep things simple using common sense and bring context to business challenges – they don’t have to feel as serious and intimidating as they often do. Respect and honesty are at the heart of everything I do. It should also be fun, I like to bring a bit of humour to the table – it’s so important to enjoy what you are doing.

My objective is to help you achieve your aspirations, normally this is to grow the business and become more profitable, I’ll be eager to define this as I want to be held to account and demonstrate my value. Charging is done on an individual basis depending on what you want me to deliver and how much time is likely to be involved.
